So it turns out that yes, spammers may get traffic from Stumblers when they abuse the SU system...But the joke is that Stumblers don't click ads, pay , or buy.

This isn't surprising. StumbleUpon was primarily catered to geeks in the early days and the geeks are still here. Geeks aren't a good demographic for internet marketing. LoL

Spamming isn't cool! Gaming the system never leads to success. There are much better ways to market yourself and businesses without cluttering up the web properties that people use for knowledge & entertainment. When will people learn to that creating value is the only way to succeed....?!
