Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.<BR />♥ Combine 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup blended oatmeal, 3/4 cup sugar, and baking powder. Mix in vegetable oil, blended tofu, and almond milk. Mix in banana. Fold in chocolate chunks.
