If the issue here is the line "The Best Stuff on Earth," isn't that really subjective. Some people may enjoy high fructose corn syrup (I know, but I'm just playing devil's advocate here). Who decides what's best? All natural juices may contain corn syrup as well.

I wonder what exactly they are suing for. Snapple doesn't hide the fact that it contains the corn syrup. All a person would have to do is read the ingredient list on the bottle. It's right there.
