if you fly at all, you have a story of abuse of power - how can it be so rampant and yet no one does anything?

I was picked (at random?) out of a line in the airport recently and got to try the new 3d body scanner thing. Then they took the hand held wands to my leg even though my 12" scar was plainly visible.

"Is that really in your leg?"
Your kidding me, right?
Of course it's really in my leg! (And I wish it wasn't.)

So they gawked for a good 3 minutes or so until I reminded them I had a plane to catch and can barely walk as it is. Morons.
