Another sad story of a political leader with issues. Why is this so common?

With all the GOPs that have been in trouble of one type or another, should a radical solution be tried.

Lock them all up first and each prove their innocence. It would conform with their desire for retribution and punishment for crime and their desire to lock up even more. I love it. I sure that long term that such a measure would do a powerful lot of good.
