The first Football Drawings were produced in 1982. Since 1984 they were shown in several exhibitions concerning Art and Football / Art and Soccer.

I have emailed this to all my friends who are footie crazy. We have matured now (grown old) and replaced hysterical screaming with cold logical analysis of such factors as ball possession, midfield control, 'getting behind defences' etc. This visual representation will add immeasurably to our important work! Also, I am impressed that the way some of them look 'like a mess' (Rashid Malik) is a perfect mirrored representation of some of the games I have had to endure this season.
