If I had an F-16 and a Black Hawk on my tail, I might feel a little nervous.

Damn skippy, I'd probably have a mild stroke if an F16 and a Black Hawk showed up on my 6 o'clock.

can they even do that? I mean, hang on the tail of a cessna? I thought that they had to have a faster air speed to remain airborn than what a Cessna flies

Well, since a Black Hawk is a copter...

As far as the F-16, while I can't vouch for the accuracy, here's what I found searching the 'net, speaking about an F-16 flying with an F-14 and a P-51:

The F-16 has the smallest wing area which requires a higher minimum
airspeed. They usually land at around 140 knots (~160 mph) which is
usually a bit above stall speed.
I'd guess that to be just about the speed a Cessna flies at normally. No matter, really. Do a couple of close-by fly-bys in an F-16 and any Cessna pilot will have a shorts-changing experience.

Well yah, the Blackhawk is a no brainer. I just pictured the F-16 flashing by so fast the pilot would be "wtf was that"
