The Internet can be seen as part of the embryonal, neuronal net of the evolving planet. (Gaya).

No need to make the dichotomy between Internet and RealLife.

The Internet is a subset of RealLife.

It may become a painful experience, if we don't use the Internet appropriately for helping

* us each other and
* the planet

to prosper.

It just doesn't work in real life. Boards (the internet in general) allows people to express a side of them they may not show in real life or may not reveal completely in "real life".
