Great Cheesecake Pie recipe. The "no-bake" cheese cake recipe from www.Santa.sc. I have been looking for the recipe for a while. You can find it on the website link above (Santa.sc) and a whole bunch more. I am giving you my version of this wonderful, easy cheesecake pie:

Soften 2 - 8oz packages of cream cheese, cream well with mixer adding about 3/4 of a box of powdered sugar - beat until smooth. Beat in a tablespoon of lemon juice (like lemon zest) 1 TBSP of vanilla flavoring (if you are out of either, make the pie anyway, it's okay) - Fold in a large tub of cool whip regular (or your favorite flavored cool whip) and fold in a heaping cup of sour cream. Fold really well. Pour into very deep dish Keebler Pie shell or two regular shell. Refridge for 2-4 hours _ Ta-Da! Awesome cheesecake pie. Top with fruit topping, fruit section grocery store.
VARIATIONS: USE A CHOCOLATE (OREO) CRUST, DRIZZEL WITH CARAMEL before filling with cheese cake filling.
CHOP PEANUT BUTTER CUPS into hunks

Okay, this is a great no bake cheese cake. It's so easy and tasty even a guy can make it. Here'e what I do. I whip up a batch, put it in individual cups and top it with fruit yogurt - then I freeze it! Ready to take to the job site any time of the year.
