Thank you!</p> <P>Unfortunately, I could not hear the audo, but I assume Michael & Anthony mentioned the city's 25,000 or-so housing vacancies, heavily concentrated on the ES.</p> <P>Next, I hope that you can video "Sycamore Village" and its three abondoned mold-infested $100K newbuilds, to be demolished by taxpayers, where taxpayers will heavily subsidize construction of $25 million of more "newbuilds" on toxic land. </p> <P>In a steadily shrinkling city every new housing unit simply empties another, creating another prospective demolition . . . or another potential "flip" as has just been exposed in the Doucette East Coast Capital mortgage-flip scam.</p> <P>Dick Kern
