Yes, he did say he "suspended" his candidacy...

Yes, he did say he "suspended" his candidacy...

....and he also endorsed McCain, and asked his
delegates to support him. In the event that Romney
should re-activate his campaign, his delegates would
certainly prefer him over McCain. He had over 200!
