I'm all for advances in medicine and technology. But all of this genetic engineering reminds me of Gattaca or something. I can understand wanting to eradicate diseases and stuff, but it just feels like a slippery slope...of trying to create the "perfect baby". Or maybe I'm just a paranoid weirdo
