Unbelievable! Misinformation about marijuana has been ridiculous. That stupid film "Reefer Madness" brainwashed the most ignorant among us and that led to the laws we have today. The whole thing needs to be thoroughly researched without bias. I bet we'd be amazed at what they'd discover about it. And then the federal appeals court judges adjourned to the bar to have a few drinks smugly quite sure they were protecting society by their hypocritical narrow-minded and cruel ruling. I'm sure the alcohol industry is applauding this latest piece of insanity. I was very disappointed with this ruling. I can't believe the government would do such a thing. Wait, yes I can. I can not understand the actions of our government on many things and have found they still never cease to amaze me! They can order a woman goes to jail, endures suffering (even death penalties that were determined torturous were outlawed) eventually dieing to leave her children to what possible fate? An adoption system that currently shows most older children exist in multiple foster homes and orphanages until age of 18? Then days before she is locked away to a cruel end, a panel of probation officials will release a repeat offender child rapist/murder to make room in the crowded prison system for this terribly dangerous woman in need of medicinal herb! In my opinion, many threats to our... Very well said seeasi. WTF!!!???:0 Those smug, hypocritical bastards! If it were one of their family members, you know they'd get the marijuana. How hard can it be for her to get some pot? Will they be watching her to see if she gets it? Because of the Supreme Court precedent of Gonzalez v. Raich, and now this Circuit Court opinion, the ball is in Congress' court. We need new federal legislation to change the law. The courts are powerless. Maybe Socratoad will send her some of his stash. It must be pretty good. yeah it is just amazing, well we vote these people into office. We need to vote these people out and those "Pro" Pot in. I was pondering this issue,... If they legalized it sold it like tobacco or alcohol. (had to be 21 to buy it). They would pay off the national debt in less than two - and 1 half years. Pay for a lot of medical costs from tobacco and alcohol. with a large portion of money left over. If for example you sold 1 quarter of a pound for $80.00 US 'it could not be re sold on the street.' hmmm,...intresting,...hmmm |
