Not too fond of the new design. I'm for usability and find the new drop down fields a bit annoying. Also the interface is a bit sluggish. Older design appeared a tad quicker. Too much is happening on the left side of the screen now

Interesting criticisms. I'm not a big design person (likely due to spending too much time in my left brain) but I agree there is a feel of unbalance somehow.

Thanks for the kind words and the suggestions guys (and gals). I'm definitely going to spend some time next week putting the finishing touches on the new navigational elements -- I agree that there is some busy-ness that can be improved.
