I'm sure everyone hopes that within the limitations placed on the Executive, a beneficial value change at least will manifest. Personally, I am impressed with Obama's senate record. I guess these days the presidency has to be marketed like any other feel-good commodity; comparable to the disneyfication of celebrity politics would be the fantasy of an informed electorate, Hope for the best possible though, always.

The current administration has made us cynical. It gives me hope when I see the warmth extended to Obama.
