Why are alarmists so indifferent to the fact? Inconvenient truth? The ice caps are melting. It is right time to stop our emissions and to collect money to fight this hazard.

The very next paragraph in this Murdock (Fox News) operation article.

The mechanism at work on Mars appears, however, to be different from that on Earth. One of the researchers, Lori Fenton, believes variations in radiation and temperature across the surface of the Red Planet are generating strong winds.
Intellectual dishonesty seems to be a hallmark of so many of those that doubt global warming.

From the news article:

The mechanism at work on Mars appears, however, to be different from that on Earth. One of the researchers, Lori Fenton, believes variations in radiation and temperature across the surface of the Red Planet are generating strong winds.

In a paper published in the journal Nature, she suggests that such winds can stir up giant dust storms, trapping heat and raising the planet’s temperature.
Interesting.

Dust storms block sunlight from reaching the ground and reduce temperatures.

And our two rovers, having spent so long taking pictures daily from two vastly different areas of the planet have see a few dust devils - no major dust storms. Confronted by evidence after evidence, the liberals are in denial. Global warming is but a natural variation on earth that has been occurring for millennia. Man has little or nothing to do with it. Polar bears are doing quite fine and not drowning. And if there is any ongoing evidence in global warming it is that liberals have a severe mental disorder.

There is little doubt about "global warming" in the general sense of the term. The problem is, too many people are putting too much weight on us. Global climate change is a fact.. scientifically proven.

However, let me clarify that I am NOT saying we should not be doing our part to cut emissions. Oh no, no no no! I am all for alternative fuels.

In my opinion we are all about 50 years later than we should be. This should have been addressed back in the 60's.
I'd bet that it was and 'big oil' covered it up. Someone should check that out.

Perhaps we should send copies of "An Inconvenient Truth" to Mars.

Interesting how kmcolo and JK both clip evidences in support of nonanthropogenic climate scenarios on Mars forgetting the impact of solar radiation played in the points they are saying dismisses the article. This is what we are dealing with folks, pure delusion.

BBW, I agree climate change is scientifically proven! However, man's impact is clear. Given the quantity and quality of the various feedback loops and feedback loops upon feedback loops, man's contribution is statistically insignificant.
