To be honest I prefer Tunebite, works a lot nicer then SoundTaxi. Search it here www.audials.com , and see for yourself

Haven't tried SoundTaxi but I am using the Tunebite tool mentioned in the previous post and I am perfectly happy with it, especially now that the latest version is supporting video conversion as well. I think this is the best tool ever created for this purpose!
