Seems to me a bit like suing McD's because your fat. Here's an idea ..

You know.. teh drug is illigal for a reason. So instead of blaming your dealer, ans suing him because you were too fucking stupid to no do Meth, how about taking some responsibility...

Now, don't get me wrong, the dealer deserves to be punished because, well, he's a drug dealer. But not this way. Its just too stupid. This is the kindof flagerant lawsuite you expect to see in the US, not Canada...

"It's a precedent-setting lawsuit and I'm really happy," Ms. Bergen said. "Now drug dealers can be held liable in that they could lose all their assets and all the money they make from selling drugs."
Huh, and here I thought we had procedes of crime laws.. ie: if your a found guilty of selling drugs (which the dealer more or less admitted in pleading guilty) then you loose ANYTHING that you purchased with the procedes including cars, houses, investments, etc..

So how is this precident setting?

Well ok its precident setting because now you can sue in canada for being a fucking idiot.
