Is this not the depths of evil. Not been used 'since the downfall of Saddam Hussein....' So is this Bush's fault??? I'm sooooo glad that man is gone. Sadly there are many others who believe his tactics are worthy of imitation.

Speaks volumes and even the BBC must report it.
