While it may be that all VP picks are politically motivated, the good choices usually are those that besides being politically advantageous are also beneficial to the nation. After the nation discovers who Sarah Palin is and what she believes I think that McCain will realize what a colossal blunder he has made. Or maybe not??

They are hoping to teach her a little.
Sure, this is a sing of despair - resort to a politic of beauty and charm playing sexism card after last trick with Georgia with nationalistic card.

It's really funny how women say they want a "woman" in the white house, but it's not that they want a WOMAN in, it's that they want a LIBERAL woman in. They say that Palin has no experience, all the while ignoring the inexperience of a man running for an even higher office, namely the presidency. You obviously don't understand how our government works, esp. if you think a senator has more experience than a governor. A governor "governs"....a senator simply makes legislation, and gives speeches in order to try to "convince" others to vote for it...he takes it from his constituents to the floor of the senate. Oh, and btw....he takes it to a senate floor where they RELIGIOUSLY open it with ...

went over on characters, but I won't continue on... I don't want to get too deep since I'm obviously dealing with people who don't think past "Obama"..."Obama"... "Obama," which...if you ask me, sounds more like a religion than Palin's.... what's the difference? She worships Jesus...you worship Obama...despite everything known about him and his past. And let's not even discuss the fact that he says he's going to go and talk to heads of countries...but he can't even talk to Bill O'Reilly! He's too afraid to speak with O'Reilly, yet people want him to deal with other country's presidents? Then people say, "he's not afraid of O'Reilly..he's just angry at Fox News and is staying off of that ...

Yep, they want a woman that will protect their interest, not one that will sell them down the river. So yeah, it makes sense that they would not fall for McCain Hail Mary pass.

As for the rest, stop projecting yourself. Most people that support Obama have nothing in common with the twenty-niners.

I think we've just been exposed to a Rush channeler. Scary!

Rush has been around a long time....must be quite a lot of people who listen to him, and who agree with him. I haven't seen one "leftee" radio commentator who's been able to stay on the air longer than two years. I can only hope that you meant "me" when you called someone a "Rush channeler"....that's quite a compliment. Although I don't get the chance to listen to him very much anymore, I'm sure he's still rallying the troops....keeping all the wackos up in arms. lol They're always so "scared" oooooo Funny, that's what you said you were, "scared." Don't you guys ever get past the fear, negativism, defeatism? That's why people usually end up turning off the left radio shows...you c...

Excellent points, Luncandeeda58, the left can spin all day long. They can't deal with the fact that we are a center-right country. That is why Rush Limbaugh and other conservative talk radio hosts prosper while the left viewpoint has to be subsidized with our taxes through NPR, PBS, etc. Nuff said.

How is that neocon Koolaid. Seems you've had your fill. And you're correct, "nuff said"!

Now, care to comment on the clip instead of simply spewing Rush talking points. All you're accomplishing is that you are a prolific typist. Try using your brain.

Yes there are a lot of people who like their points of view spoon fed to them. So sad.

Quantity is not the same as quality. Numbers are not the same as intellect.
