So, I'm reading this article, laughing, and thinking to myself, "As many Cynthia McKinneys as we've had in the US Congress over the years, at least none have ever been this looney." Then, of course, the article continues:

"A similar appeal has been made to the US Congress."

IQ tests to qualify for voting may not be as bad of an idea as I had previously thought.

Embarrassing, isn't it! As an American living in Canada I'm embarrassed for both countries. Good for a rueful laugh, though!
