Christians ought to pay closer attention to what they are reading though. Porn, violence, wicca-- all of these are anti-Christ.

I'd like to see a source for that quote. Last time I was out that way (I used to live around there) there was no public Church of Satan in Salem, most of the "witchy" stuff was tourist trap glitz - on the order of a carnival funhouse - and most of the Wiccans in town kept a fairly low profile so as to not let the glitz get in the way of their personal practice.

Violence. But porn and Wicca? I just don't see how they compare. They hurt no one...violence inherently does.

I wonder also, why does no one blame "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" for getting kids interested in the occult? Indeed, it's actually a popular show among many church youth group leaders, and I first watched the show (in season 4, after the show had been addressing sexuality and peer pressure and showing magic spells) based on the recommendation of a (no longer) friend who was a very conservative Christian and very misogynistic and anti-gay.
