righthand says: She faces up to a year in prison, a reduction in pay allowances and a possible bad conduct discharge from the Air Force if convicted. Additionally, if found guilty, she will have to register as a sex offender. She thought that if she refused to testify, the charges would be dropped against the men and that would be the end of the legal process. She would then try to get on with her life, continue with counselling and try to put the alleged rapes behind her. Six months later, Hernandez got the shock of her young life. She was charged by the Air Force with one count of committing indecent acts and one count of consuming alcohol as a minor in connection with the May 12 and early morning of May 13, 2006 incident. This woman, who was allegedly raped by three men is now being charged with committing indecent acts on one of them. Capt. Christopher A. Eason, one of Hernandez... And they're supposed to represent and defend an entire nation... What a shame. charged with committing indecent acts on one of them.I'm guessing this was a blow-job. So the giver gets done while the receiver gets immunity. Some justice. Of course, it's only to cower the next female against persuing charges in the future. Monica got off scot free after bring down a president? America is just becoming a dictator state. righthand you are always there with great clips! you have a good mind! righthand you are always there with great clips, you have a good mind! There is a video interview with the victim. I believe she is a very credible witness. She doesn't deny what she cannot be sure off. The military appear to have a damage limitation policy. Justice isn't high on their agenda. Shutting her up with threats should have worked but this is a tough cookie. Now they must proceed with their threats and so bring the armed forces into disrepute. And no justice. Whatever might have happened within the male barracks there are some basic thoughts that I have. It was 3 males and 1 female. She left the barracks virtually naked. Who bought the drink for an under-age teen? At best they took advantage of her. At worst it was gang rape, yet as this army ha... This story was very upsetting, in a most primal way. Who bought the drink for an under-age teen?To serve in the armed forces you must be 18 years of age or older. The Federally mandated drinking age is 21. Some states have what is known as 3.2% beer and it can be purchased by those 18 years or older. Of course most people know this, it has been common knowledge for some time. [sigh]... She was charged by the Air Force with one count of committing indecent acts and one count of consuming alcohol as a minor in connection with the May 12 and early morning of May 13, 2006 incident.Pity Nap cannot read. Again, I can both read AND comprehend what I read, but you cannot. If you checked the OFFICIAL charges, she was charged with 'under age drinking', which means below 21, but over the age of 18. Like I pointed out earlier, Air Force bases have thier own drinking age (18) which means you can drink 3.2% beer on base, but not hard alcohol (which is not beer). Also you cannot be on active duty without being at least 18 years of age, (delayed enlistment is NOT active duty). The person in question was on active duty on an Air Force Base and was therefore above age 18, and NOT a minor, as you clumisly tried to contend. ... You should read everything through before you comment or else you look a fool! You should read everything through before you comment or else you look a fool!I'm sure Righthand will continue his path of blunders with or without his entourage of so-called followers. My facts are correct and irrefutable by any measure, can't say the same for his. mmmmm when I said you should read everything through or you may look a fool, I wasn't actually refering to "righthand"! think about it! I refuse to read or pop this clip - so there! mmmmm when I said you should read everything through or you may look a fool, I wasn't actually refering to "righthand"! think about it!@ silvanaraihane Sorry- but you didn't specify to 'whom' you were directing that comment, and I see that Righthand is one of your 2 followers. So logic would dictate you were referring to myself and not Righthand. It helps to direct comments towards a specific user. No harm done. |
