Mit der heutigen "Wiederkehr der Religionen" verbreitet sich auch die Frage: "Was ist eigentlich meine eigene Religion?" Die Philosophie kann bei der Suche nach einer Antwort Orientierung leisten. Jean Jacques Rousseau hat mit seiner "natürlichen Religion" interessante Denkangebote geschaffen. Er betont das Recht des Gefühls, wendet sich gegen die Vorherrschaft des Intellektes und der Ratio.
