I have most of these Most of these were the novels my generation of teenagers read in the 60s... I'm wondering if it's fair to impose such a list on those who've come 2 generations later... must say I enjoyed and probably profitted from reading them... and am who I am for having read them... and can't say the more actual stuff is to my taste...but then, I'm anagraphically no longer a teenager....
