I look at the people who can easily meditate, with envy. I have a concentration problem, I suppose. Thanks for the link Arif.

I look at them with envy too. I don't have a concentration problem, i have a "I can't stop thinking about ways to improve clipmarks" problem.

I have big time problems with concentration as well, Roberto Assagioli has laid out really good ground work in how to control and take over the real self, he gave one example which I still remember (but yet to follow), the suggestion is to do something totally extraordinary and unexpected for practice, something you could never fathom to do but do it for the sake of getting into practice. He gave one example as, for few minutes every day, try to just stand up on the chair for no appearent reason, normally it would be absurd to just stand up on the chair for no reasons, but in order to break out of the norm, do it and do it continou...

Happiness? whats that? That is something made up. I understand pursuing happiness but not the state of happiness, that is a lie, IMHO.

Eric, as far as I see, you've always been here since last November, working hard. I think you deserve a little rest and refreshment. How about going for a one week vacation? Thinking of nothing but sea-sun-sand, being with your family, having fun dinners with music and wine, just for seven days. Clipmarks is going really fine and it keeps becoming better and better. I sense that 2007 will be a really bright year for Clipmarks but you guys need to gather some strength for the new year. You work so hard, non-stop. (These lines are also for Adam, EricW and Derek.)

LOL mousie, that's why I mentioned Derek's name last.

I'm getting a crazy idea now, so here it comes.
We're looking forward to hear it. (btw, a personal question: "Arif" means "wise man" or "sage" in Turkish, the original word is ancient Persian, as far as I know. Is it right for the meaning of your (nick)name? Just a guess.)

You got it invictus, that is my first name and the closest meaning would be the person who knows .... not that I know, but you know.

BTW, here is the crazy idea, it's not so crazy though, the guys deserve a much needed "complete" break, the work in IT is already so hectic and it would help get more ideas out of the guys if they completely relax, the word complete is very critical though.

Well, now that I guessed the meaning of your first name right, here comes my second try. "Sali" means "Tuesday" in Turkish, I don't know the origin of the word. Did I get it right or am I pushing my luck too much?

Nope, you got it all wrong this time. s is my middle initial only.

Anyone interested in meditation should give this one a try. It's very clean, simple, effective, and the instruction is free to download. I've tried many, and this is the best.
