Fear - fear can lead to paranoia and near if not true insanity. Just check out some of the rants from the far right of late.

I certainly agree on that one. Even personally, I find myself least kind to others when I'm worried.

Nothing more dangerous than a person overcome by fear, except for a group in that condition.

yes indeed- all that fear brought us to where we are today- i still have the sinking feeling we are de-evolving-live by fear.......die by fear- hide in the dark........and scurry all about-----the twisted hokey pokey that is makind

Nah. I guess I don't believe that. Fear is in retreat these days, and fearmongers are pitching hard to keep it alive.
