In theory this looks like a good idea, but where does it leave the little guy who cannot afford urban real estate prices?

Also I loathe to mention it but this looks eerily like a project I read about proposed by Monsanto about a decade or so ago that would allow them an even greater monopoly of the global food supply.

Still its an innovative and interesting concept, regardless of its implications.
