					<P><STRONG>Virtual Mobile companies, or Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO), could soon offer mobile telephony in India.</STRONG></p> <P>“The use of spectrum may have more than one owner and it is time for us to study this and move in that direction,” Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) chief Nriprendra Misra said on Friday. This implies that companies with spectrum would be allowed to share the resource with the MVNOs.</p> <P>TRAI’s reccomendations on mobile TV would also be sent to the department of telecommunications (DoT) early next week, said Misra, adding the spectrum band for mobile TV would be auctioned.
