It's a question of education!
And women can live much more time without food in bad times! They give all the food to the children and husbands. Look at Sahel! The women are only bones with skin - the men mostly are nourished normal.
If men are hungry, they get angry and freakish. Women can live much easier hungry, than with an freakish, incalculable man!
