I witnessed several instances where people talked back to the police, would engage in conversation over an incident. No tasers. No take-downs. No handcuffs. No arrests. None of that crap. At the Palermo train station police confronted a group of guys and asked them to leave. After a bit of discussion and arguing, the guys left. Once again, no tasers, take-down, handcuffs, arrests. None of that crap. I was amazed that people could talk, argue, assert their rights when confronted by the police. Whereas in The Land of the Free duplicate that incident at the train station and t... I may be wrong, but I think kmcolo was speaking with tongue in cheek. |
