I finally got to bed at a decent time last night and it made getting up early this morning a thousand times easier. Strangely enough, I've found being pregnant has helped me become a morning person ,not that I advocate it as a solution I find I'm tired much earlier, at a more reasonable hour for my 5:30 wake up time. On weekends, I'm getting up earlier and earlier. But it is true that consistently getting up early does make one feel more refreshed. Days when I would sleep in much later than usual, I would always end up feeling like I was dragging the whole day and just couldn't wake up properly. |
