First, it was Microsoft, and then it was followed by nearly two dozen of big names accusing them of violating the same patent product. Some of the 23 companies named in the lawsuit filed in a federal court in Tyler, Texas were Adobe, Amazon, Apple, eBay, Google, Sun Microsystems, Texas Instruments, Yahoo! and YouTube.
