As you can see, Hillary is definitely ducking because of "sniper fire." Also, she is using her own body to shield an eight year old girl. Hillary's "experience" shows through once again, as she demonstrates her "warrior" skills of knowing when to duck as those all around her are too stupid to realize bullets are barely missing them. HIllary! What a hero!
