When I lived 'over there, over there' in the north, near Sunderland/Newcastle in Whitburn Lewis Carrolls, (Rev Dobson, I mean) home village, I had a camera, but was too dumb to take decent photos that I would be cherishing now, had I a brain at the time..I didn't see much of the country that was not beautiful..we got our milk in little glass bottles from the local farmer, and a church that was built in 300 was still having services each Sunday..(for short people, though, haha
