no self respecting Genovese will put cashews or macadamia nuts, not to mention the shoyu! maybe if the name was different..

Well, it did come from a book called, Vegan World Fusion - maybe this is an example of pesto fusion.

I think that the different nuts might be tasty - not traditional - but tasty nonetheless. I'm not too sure about the shoyu though.
