Trouble is that that is a middle class ideal and the middle class will be hardest hit by the re/depression. Hmm, its a stretch to call Waterloo either a college town or thriving. True, DM - I wondered at that at first myself. Then I noticed that Waterloo wasn't highlighted, meaning it has a low unemployment rate (surprisingly!) but it is one of the ones that isn't a college town. Good to hear from you!
