I'v been saying the Super Size Me is very inaccurately for years, people just take things like that too literly.

this is quite interesting, but it kind of goes without saying. Just because "you" got fat on a certain type of diet does not mean that "I" will also get fat and vice-versa, just because you lost weight on a particular diet does not mean that it will work for me.

That's the ups and downs of our genetic makeup (kind of like a box of chocolates...) You never know what outcome you are gonna get.

Myself, I couldn't eat a super-sized meal if I wanted to...I can easily get full on one happy meal (and I'm a plump woman) while my husband (Jack Sprat, that one) can eat two super-sized meals and still be hungry (and a friggin' toothpick to boot).
