This is ridiculous. Is this really what is important in this country, the fact that someone is exposing his/her thong? Here I thought we had important things like the war, unemployment and immigration to worry about. Guess I was wrong. It's all about fashion.

I don't think these people are embarrassed at all. I think they wear these ridiculous clothes to get attention. I saw some idiot trying to walk and carry his boom-box, but he was struggling to do either because one hand had to hold his pants up. Ever stood in a food line behind someone anxious to expose things that ruin your appetite?

Concerning jail-time. I don't think so, though there use to be laws against indecent exposure. If they weren't so disgusting to look at, the proper response should be laughter.

Yes, I have stood behind those people. I often want to tell all about the fabulous invention of this thing called a belt.

I think jail time is extreme. I'm offended, too, by people who make out in public, but I don't think they should be criminally prosecuted. It's a difference between being uncouth and criminal.

and yes Caleythia the country does have some important things going on as you mentioned...one of them is the declining morality.

I have been behind those people too and it drives me insane. I also don't like it when people make out in public. There's a difference between kissing and having sex with your mouth as many people do in public and I think it is nauseating. Anyway, maybe if enough of these ridiculous laws, like jail time for wearing your pants to low, get passed, we will start seeing less of these disgusting habits in public. I guess what I'm saying is that I do think the law is stupid but if it means I'll see one less pair of pants hanging down to someones knees then I'm all for it!
