OCEANS 21--Will Congress help?

With the Oceans dying and many species in peril, positive action is desperately needed.

“For too long, decisions affecting our oceans have been made with little regard for the health and productivity of the broader marine ecosystem. OCEANS 21 will change that.”

We''ll see. I tend to view Congress as pretty feckless. Especially the Republicans for whom people who present the facts are alarmist.

I hope they recognize that this is not some alarmist stuff but serious threats to us all--moreso than Al Qaeda or Socialism, even, hahahaha. No Joke tho.
