I'm sorry, but I'm a parent before I'm a deep thinker, and all I can think to say is- Good- I can think of a few thousand who should join him. Nine year old brain or not, doesn't excuse the taking of a life, especially the life of some parents child. Thats noble of the British Government and people to foot the bill for housing this individual, but for what? Death comes to us all- why keep people like that around for even a week?
