All that needs to happen is for Congress to *threaten* to drill in Anwar, build more refineries, allow more nuclear and coal plants and the price of oil/gasoline will drop like you would not believe. It's called "speculation" for a reason!! As I understand it, we'd have a very difficult time bringing anywhere near enough production online to affect prices at all, considering that worldwide demand keeps growing. I agree that 120 is over-inflated for the moment, but it's a taste of where we're headed.
