It's been possible to use a phone to surf the Web for years, but until the experience became intuitive and a joy, few got online. Now that there is a smart solution, the number escalates.

My thesis is that this is the same situation education and digital learning find themselves in. Lame and partial solutions have existed for years, but at some point, someone will create an intuitive and elegantly comprehensive package that will bring students in by droves.
