Cheney is not alone in this. He is among the chief instigators of the self-labeled neoconservatives who published their conspiracy for war well in advance of 9/11 from the Project for a New American Century. That is the blueprint they are following, and truth and facts are obstacles in their way.

BTW, Scotter Libby is also a member of the Project for New American Century, the neoconservative think tank and cabal. People who do not recognize the importance of that group fail to see who is running the government, even running Bush himself.
