I couldn't agree more. I've regained every pound I've ever lost quickly. Once I finally tried weightwatchers and learned to modify my behavior and really understand the impact of my food choices, I got and stayed fit for a long time.

I'm not immune to forgetting, and currently need to "brush up" as it were, but I'll never be the unhealthy I was in 2002 again.

I agree in the arguments in this clip. Everything (almost) starts in our heads, Undergoing a gastric bypass is very easy, to change an attitude or a bad habit is almost impossible. Nevertheless, this is what we have to do.
