Silkweaver says: Really cool idea I always thought that batteries you throw away in special bins were made just so when you destroy them they will be destroyed in a cleaner way with less pollution. it's really cool to know someone found a use for them Only if people drop the batteries in correctly. Daisy chaining batteries requires the polarity of each to be placed in a specific manner. All it takes is one clown who puts his in backwards or some rotten kids and voila! Ruined. Some things do have to be designed so stupid people don't do stupid things; smart people can do so, I believe. It's a fabulous idea -- nice to hear about something so positive. Nice to be reminded that our intelligence can be put to good use and do amazingly wonderful things -- and we don't have to always be running down paths of destruction. |
