Not signing a contract does not violate law. Clinton didn't sign it either.

Refusing to hand your sovereignty over to other other countries also breaks no laws to which Americans are bound. In fact, it would break Constitutional law to put Americans under the laws of other countries.

The other party to the treaty NO LONGER EXISTS, which pretty much renders the treaty null and void. Without at least two parties, a treaty is meaningless.

I could keep going, but what's the point? Merely shredding the argument isn't going to convince the writer (or cliipper) of anything....
