CO2-Verschmutzungsrechte sollen komplett gegen Geld versteigert werden. Die Atomgemeinschaft EURATOM soll durch eine Alternativ-Energie-Gemeinschaft ersetzt werden. Die Grünen fordern eine europaweite LKW-Maut sowie Tempo 120 auf Autobahnen und Tempo 80 auf Landstraßen. Sanktionen sollen Staaten treffen können, die zu wenig Energie sparen.
