If by chance these crooks can not be held liable criminally, then Congress should pass laws ASAP to hold them accountable by imprisonment and seizure of all their assets.

Hopefully they can find criminal violations, a few individuals should not be able to bring our country to the brink of economic disaster without suffering major repercussions.

As much as I agree, I also believe a large part of this slipped thru congress for quite awhile and both parties looked the other way. Book em all Danno!

I agree, all parties had bigger fish to fry and just didn't give a damn (SOS with Congress).

Maybe it was foreseen and thought to be a possible plus for Obama if we had an economic crisis, if however that was the case - all those A-holes should spend a few years behind bars if it is provable. To cripple the nation to win an election is treason as far as I'm concerned. But of course so is aiding the enemy but Congress has been doing that for a few years now...

Let's hope this is not another smoke and mirrors trick to appease people.

I would hope the investigation would extend to the enablers of this crisis as well.
