This is horrible! I agree with kkcapricorn - the owner of the pit bull should pay the vet bill. They should also buy this little girl another service dog.

This a very sad story when you give it some thought. Hopefully, as it gets syndicated here and in other places some locals will get involved and make a bad situation into a good one.

Yes, and I agree with monkfishy and kkcapricorn; the pit bull owner should pay the vet and another service dog. I know that he probably wasn't trained as a service dog, but small dogs seem to be more aware of the needs of their family, people included.
